What is the RGV

RGV, which stands for Rail Guided Vehicle, is also known as a rail-guided shuttle car. RGV cars can be used in various types of high-density storage warehouses. The pathways for these cars can be designed to be of any length, thereby increasing the overall storage capacity of the warehouse. Additionally, they do not require forklifts to enter the aisles during operation, which enhances safety.

RGV cars are categorized based on their movement methods into two main types:

Circular Track Type: Designed to work with multiple cars simultaneously, mainly used in production assembly lines to enhance production efficiency.

In some logistics scenarios, they can replace more complex and less mobile conveyor systems.
